Write with a question about the beta, about the data we hold, or about who is behind Northfact. It reaches a person. Northfact is built and run by a small team at ARKA ZENITH IT CONSULTANTS - FZCO, and there is no support desk between you and them.
We try to answer within a couple of working days. If your question is about data we hold about you, the timescales that actually bind us are in the privacy policy, not here.
What to write about

How an account is created
There is no registration page, and pressing Request access does not open an account. It asks for one.
Accounts are invite-only, and that is a deliberate constraint rather than a waiting-list tactic: it is what lets Northfact run against the platform APIs as a tested app rather than a public one. What happens is:
- You write to us, or use the request form on the home page.
- Somebody here creates the account by hand. There is no automated path that creates one - no cron, no self-serve route, nothing that runs without a person deciding to run it.
- You get a single-use setup link, valid for three days, and choose your own password from it. We never see it, and we never send you one.
So the account is made by hand; the password is yours from the first moment the account can be signed into.
What we cannot do
We cannot give you anything a platform does not give us. That is the whole argument the product is built on, and it applies to a mail from you as much as to a report:
- We cannot hand over a list of who follows an account. No platform exposes one, so nobody can.
- We cannot fill in a figure a platform withheld. Where a number is missing you get a gap and the reason for it, never an estimate dressed up as a measurement.
- We cannot recover a password, because we do not hold one. We can issue a new setup link.

Northfact is a product of ARKA ZENITH IT CONSULTANTS - FZCO. For anything that needs the registered counterparty named in a sentence rather than in a footer, the terms and the privacy policy both name it.
